Our singular focus is crafting great pizza.
We prepare our pizzas with the best ingredients
available. We source locally using California
grown tomatoes and fresh mozzarella
from Double 8 Dairy in Valley Ford.
Using California grown wheat and “old world”
baking techniques, our dough is fermented for
72 hours resulting in a light and crispy crust.
We offer both New York and Detroit style pizzas.
All of our pizzas can be made gluten free.
